Vigilante es una de las bandas mas exitosas en la escena electro -industrial provenientes de Sudamerica.
Con su mezcla de electro y metal han sabido conquistar tanto los escenarios de su pais originario Chile como de europa y el mundo.
Con 3 discos editados: The Heroes Code (2005), Juicio Final (2006) y War of Ideas (2007), en Alemania, Rusia y Argentina y distribuidos en todo el mundo tanto física (Amazon,Audioglobe, etc...) como digitalmente (Napster, Itunes, etc...), han sabido conquistar el mercado Extranjero y especialmente el Europeo.
Su profesionalismo y dedicación, los han ubicado en los más importantes escenarios de Chile (La Batuta, Blondie, Club Miel, Teatro Monumental) y Europa, en donde han llegado a mostrar en vivo su música en países como Alemania, Holanda, Dinamarca, Italia, Noruega y España, tanto en la gira del año 2006 como en su recién concluido Tour 2007 junto a la importante banda Agonoize.
Han compartido escenario y colaborado con las mas importantes bandas de la escena electro industrial como Die Krupps, Hocico, Agonoize, Funker Vogt, VNV nation, Tyske Ludder, y muchos mas.
Además han sido la única banda Chilena en participar en uno de los festivales alternativos mas grandes del mundo en Alemania, conocido como Wave Gotic Treffen 2006.
Vigilante hace poco edito por primera vez en Chile un disco compilatorio de los mejores temas, de sus discos editados en Europa, llamado “Resistir”, por el importante sello Feria Music (Los tres, Jorge González, Los Bunkers, etc...) lo que es un hito muy importante para la banda, logrando así que el publico Chileno, al fin tenga fácil acceso a su música a lo largo de todo el país, a través de la Feria del disco y otras tiendas.
Actualmente la banda se encuentra promocionando sus ultimas producciones y preparando lo que sera su primer DVD.
Este día Viernes 6 de Junio en la discotheque BLONDIE la banda presentara su nueva formación 2008 y estará promocionando su ultimo disco editado por Feria Music “RESISTIR”.
Este show será uno de los más producidos por la banda hasta la fecha y además de tener la acostumbrada fuerza en vivo de la banda, tendrá el apoyo de una puesta en escena pocas veces vista en este circuito.
